We offer Click & Collect from our 3 store locations – Westfield Carousel, Mandurah Forum, and Midland Gate. At checkout simply select ‘Click & Collect’ in Delivery Method to pick up your order locally. We aim to have all orders ready in-store within 1-2 Business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready in your selected store. Upon collecting your order, please have ready a form of photo identification and your order number or confirmation email.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
All orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) from 7am to 5pm AWST.
Please allow extra time for orders to be processed and dispatched during busy periods such as Christmas, public holidays, and sales events. 

Domestic Orders

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia. A shipping charge of (insert amount) will apply to all domestic orders under $100. International Shipping

Return Policy

If a product has been purchased and you change your mind, then you may exchange the item or obtain a Gift Card within 14 days of the purchase date. The products must be received in the original condition with tags, labels and stickers attached.

The following products will not be exchanged/returned for Change of Mind:
